This seminar addresses racial or ethnic discrimination in an innovative way. Through the introduction of a participatory game, speakers assign a specific color to attendees, who are then treated differently based on the constructed social category they belong to. This interactive approach sets the stage for a seminar where participants experience racism and the power dynamics associated with it firsthand through role-playing and simulation.
